Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling

We’re a local remodeling company looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys leading well-organized residential remodeling projects. In this role, you’ll oversee daily job site operations, perform hands-on carpentry, and help guide projects from start to finish. You’ll have ownership of your work while being supported by a team that values thoughtful planning, clear communication, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Skilled in quality craftsmanship
• Experience leading residential remodeling projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
