This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Lead based in the United States. This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution, driving high-impact projects in a fast-scaling digital marketplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring clear accountability, strong coordination, and successful outcomes across all phases.
• Cook up cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and execution velocity.
• Define structure in ambiguous environments, making clear decisions when priorities, requirements, or direction are not fully defined.
• Identify, escalate, and remove blockers proactively while maintaining momentum across parallel initiatives and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder communication through clear written updates, concise reporting, and effective verbal coordination across teams.
• Ensure high standards of delivery quality while balancing urgency, scope, and evolving business priorities.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, ensuring timely mitigation and alignment across functions.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate brings strong project ownership experience in fast-paced digital or tech-driven environments, combined with excellent communication and execution discipline.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects in fintech, digital banking, digital products, marketplaces, or similar industries.
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes rather than just task execution.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining structure and clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, product, design, and business teams.
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
• High attention to detail with the ability to balance execution speed and strategic priorities.
• Ability to work within a UTC+1 to UTC+5 time zone overlap range.
