Project Houseperson-PM

About the role

The Project Houseperson is responsible for shampooing and extracting carpets, grout, window, and furniture cleaning. This position requires good communication and organization skills, the ability to lift heavy items consistently, and the knowledge of cleaning machines such as Extractor, Hi-Lo Speed Bonnet & Buffing Machine, Spot Extractor, and Wide Area Vacuum.

Responsibilities

• Supporting special projects throughout the hotel, including floor cleaning, pressure washing, deep cleaning, and other maintenance-related tasks.
• Ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning machines: Extractor, Hi-Lo Speed Bonnet & Buffing Machine, Spot Extractor, and Wide Area Vacuum.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Able to lift heavy items on a consistent basis.
