About the role

As a House Attendant at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Centennial Park, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the hotel maintains a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel, offering exceptional service to guests, and contributing to the team's success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas daily
• Perform maid services including bed making, room cleaning, and linen changes
• Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and operational
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience required
• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy amounts of weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Must be 18 years or older
