About the role
This position is within the Housekeeping department at Hotel Bardo Savannah, part of LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, LLC.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance in an upper-scale hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to efficiently problem-solve guests’ requests in a professional and timely manner
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Detail-oriented with a passion for providing an elevated experience for guests
- Able to withstand various physical activities throughout the work day
What you'll do
- Clean and maintain guest and back-of-house facing areas to hotel standards
- Perform deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and floor care
- Conduct detailed cleaning in guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, and back of house areas on a scheduled or as-needed basis
- Assist with preventative maintenance cleaning projects
- Interact positively and professionally with all guests
- Maintain the quality and consistency of guests’ experiences through proper maintenance and cleaning of specified areas
- Work collaboratively with other departments to create a relaxing environment for guests
