Project Financial Analyst II

Job Responsibilities

• Presents client reporting and facilitates customer-facing financial discussions to ensure clear financial communication and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Prepares, interprets, and analyzes financial data, business metrics, and ad-hoc reports for global management.
• Develops and produces monthly financial reports and commentary, as well as other financial analysis and metrics as required by senior management.
• Offers methods for improving results by reviewing timeliness, accuracy, and efficiencies in reporting.
• Serves as a key contact point for interpretation and investigation of financial results in assigned area.
• Provides financial insights to business growth trends and profitability in assigned area.
• Assists management and others within Finance department with miscellaneous projects as directed by supervisor.
• Updates and costs study budget based on updated trial specs.

Additional Qualifications

• Must have Pharmaceutical or CRO experience.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Pharma/CRO preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office equipment, etc. and to move between office locations.
• Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
• Able to occasionally manipulate (e.g., lift, carry, move) office items and packages of light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds.
• Able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment (e.g., scanner, phone, printer, copier).
• Able to perceive and assess written materials for prolonged periods of time.
• Able to frequently communicate with colleagues on the phone, by email, and in-person.

Work Environment

• This job operates in a professional office environment.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
• The noise level in the work environment is low.
• This is a largely sedentary role.

Salary Range

$56,400.00 - $95,900.00
