- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain compliance with Morley-Moss SOPs.

### **Qualifications:**
- **Education:**
- Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Diploma.
- Minimum 15 years of Project Management experience in Electrical Industry.
- 5+ years leading large, complex multi-million dollar projects.
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Electrical estimating, cost forecasting, change management, and scheduling expertise.
- **Certifications (Preferred):**
- Professional Certifications (e.g., PMP, etc.).
- **Other Skills:**
- Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and negotiation skills.
- **Language:**
- English proficiency required.
### **Physical Demands:**
