Responsibilities
- Supervise the work and development of the project team
- Deliver excellence and implement Best Practices for projects and pursuits valued at $150M+
- Lead personnel development
- Establish operational priorities and work methods
- Prepare Financial Plans and Status Reports
- Prepare and/or review Safety Plan and monitor safety reports
- Develop and monitor Risk Mitigation Plans
- Develop and/or review Project Schedules and monitor schedule progress reports
- Lead Key Performance Indicator Status Reports and Reviews
- Engage in Business Development activities
- Engage in professional organizations
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience leading a team in response to an RFQ and/or RFP and participating in the client interview process
- Experience leading a team in the preconstruction process, including the development of estimates and GMP proposals, development of General Conditions and General Requirements, constructability reviews, and target value control exercises
- Demonstrated ability to produce phasing plans and project schedules
- Client development and relationship management
