We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Execution Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of product development and sourcing projects specific to McKesson Brands.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and documentation (e.g., status reports, action logs)
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain project schedules and updates using project management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices
- Assist with identification of project opportunities and development of business cases for new project ideas
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or project coordination experience acceptable)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred: Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
CAPM certification or progress toward certification

Pay
Our Base Pay Range for this position $84,800 - $141,300
In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
