Project Engineering Manager

About the role

Serve as a primary liaison between clients and engineering teams, supporting nuclear generating stations with project engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering management and supervise staff.
• Plan and oversee work activities to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Lead project execution, identify and resolve issues proactively, and support status reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage project scope, resources, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with contract and safety standards.
• Mentor team members and facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering.
• PE license (or eligible).
• Minimum 5 years’ nuclear plant experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Field experience and knowledge of nuclear design processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Electrical or instrumentation background preferred.
• Must be eligible for unescorted access at nuclear facilities.
