Strong, resiliency‑focused engineering leadership is essential to protecting Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) platforms and weapon systems from increasingly sophisticated threats. As part of the program‑management team, the Project Engineer will lead multi‑disciplinary engineering teams in executing all contract scope for Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead contracts for Cross‑Domain Solution (CDS) products that protect and defend the information flow of critical, time‑sensitive data on military applications and networks.
- Ensure high standards in project planning and contract execution.
- Lead design, sustainment, and development efforts, including agile development cycles.
- Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support new project proposals.
- Assist with staff planning and drive general process improvement.
