Project Engineer Production Lead in the F-35 Line of Business Engineer
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform EV analysis at the contract level and assess impacts on production contracts.
- Align technical scope with program objectives and manage engineering scope.
- Collaborate with the Program Management office and drive the Domain Excellence (Dex) team performance.
- Coordinate proposal initiatives for engineering changes impacting the F‑35 Air Vehicle with Test Readiness and Mods Readiness Leads.
- Communicate technical issues to management and develop closure plans.
- Identify cross‑contract gaps, risks and opportunities, and recommend resolutions.
Who You Are
- A collaborative engineering professional with a strong grasp of technical scope, cost, and schedule management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience developing project plans, basis-of-estimates, and integrated master schedules.
- Experience working with PDM and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel).
- Experience with contract modifications proposals.
- Experience leading a team and a large project.
