Project Engineer Production Lead in the F-35 Line of Business Engineer

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform EV analysis at the contract level and assess impacts on production contracts.
• Align technical scope with program objectives and manage engineering scope.
• Collaborate with the Program Management office and drive the Domain Excellence (Dex) team performance.
• Coordinate proposal initiatives for engineering changes impacting the F‑35 Air Vehicle with Test Readiness and Mods Readiness Leads.
• Communicate technical issues to management and develop closure plans.
• Identify cross‑contract gaps, risks and opportunities, and recommend resolutions.

Who You Are

• A collaborative engineering professional with a strong grasp of technical scope, cost, and schedule management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience developing project plans, basis-of-estimates, and integrated master schedules.
• Experience working with PDM and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel).
• Experience with contract modifications proposals.
• Experience leading a team and a large project.
