Job Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multifamily construction projects.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Support project managers in resolving technical challenges and coordinating resources.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space.
- A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
