Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multifamily construction projects.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Support project managers in resolving technical challenges and coordinating resources.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space.
  • A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
