Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Engineering, Design Management or related discipline or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 4+ years of project management/design manager experience in an EPCM environment
- Candidate must have experience as a project engineer/design manager related to Biopharmaceutical industry with a value over $200MM or greater
- Ideal experience with construction sites or manufacturing sites
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software, exposure to design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Revizto
- Experiences with Progress measurement, Critical Path Method scheduling, lean implementation tools and methodologies

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $92,100.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
