Responsibilities

  • Imagine a day where you lead dynamic design engineering projects, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical, engineering proposals

  • Orchestrate projects with precision, delivering on time and within budget

  • Navigate project financials with confidence, providing clear insights and ensuring optimal performance at every step

  • Forge lasting partnerships, acting as the trusted liaison to guide projects to success and exceed client goals

  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and fueling future success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience

  • I&C Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an I&C Engineer or Project Manager

  • Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred

  • Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes

  • Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites

  • Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
