Visionary Leadership & Team Coordination: Spearhead dynamic teams to drive innovative design solutions, ensuring exceptional quality and impactful outcomes
Engineering Innovation: Collaborate with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical, engineering proposals
Strategic Project Mastery: Orchestrate projects with precision, delivering on time and within budget
Financial Stewardship & Performance Insight: Navigate project financials with confidence, providing clear insights and ensuring optimal performance at every step
Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Forge lasting partnerships, acting as the trusted liaison to guide projects to success and exceed client goals

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience in I&C Design Engineering
Experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities
Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an I&C Engineer or Project Manager
Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred
Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
Pay
Compensation Range: USD $105,400.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
