What You Will Do
- Help manage job site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Aid in the preliminary design, estimating, layout, and scheduling for shoring and foundation drilling projects.
- Collaborate with senior management to analyze data, track budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Adapt to challenges in real-time and communicate effectively with field personnel, clients, and management.
- Progressively take on more project management responsibility as you move toward a Project Manager role.
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is highly preferred.
- Some experience in the construction industry (Geotechnical or drilling experience is a plus).
- Assertive, competitive, and tenacious with a desire to gain hands-on field experience.
- A clear desire to obtain a PE License and move into Project Management.
Requirements
- Open to travel and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- $80,000 - $100,000+ Base Salary (Based on Experience)
