What You'll Do
- Help plan, schedule, and execute projects to meet scope, budget, and timeline goals
- Translate drawings and specifications into actionable guidance for field teams
- Keep project documentation organized, accurate, and up to date
- Serve as a key communication link between office, field, and project stakeholders
- Track project performance, including costs, productivity, and forecasting
- Support safety programs through audits, inspections, and compliance efforts
- Aid in procurement, materials tracking, and logistics coordination
- Contribute to quality assurance and control to ensure top-tier results
- Help troubleshoot challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Prepare reports and documentation to keep progress on track from start to finish
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license
Experience That Sets You Apart
- 1-5 years in construction, engineering, or project support
- Exposure to scheduling, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Familiarity with drawings, specs, and field operations
- Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Microsoft Office
- Understandings of QA/QC processes and safety standards

Work Environment
This is an office role that requires collaboration and interaction, along with time spent on active construction job sites. Travel to job sites and meetings is expected (approximately 25-50%).
