Essential Job Functions
- Aid in monthly CPM schedule updates and narratives.
- Review and process submittals to support schedule alignment and contract compliance.
- Maintain accurate and current submittal logs, including approvals and re-submittals.
- Expedite material deliveries in coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
- Confirm material inspections for quantity, quality, and conformance with approved submittals.
- Engage in the RFI process and ensure drawing sets are current and properly posted.
- Participate in subcontractor preconstruction meetings.
- Support safety planning and actively participate in the SOS Program.
- Contribute to the S&P Quality Control Program.
- Assist with cost control by managing specific budgets as assigned.
- Accumulate data for monthly owner and subcontractor pay applications.
- Support field-initiated purchasing and production analysis studies.
- Aid in project closeout activities in accordance with contract documents and company policy.

Physical Activities And Requirements
- Regular physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods of time, and working in various outdoor conditions.
- Ability to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather, if needed.
- Occasional office work will be required.
- Occasional heavy lifting (≥50 lbs./≥22.7 + kg).
- Strong manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment (e.g. computers, mobile devices, copiers, etc.).
Required Skills And Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Previous construction experience and/or applicable internships preferred.
