About the role
Were searching for a talented and driven Project Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and buyout process alongside Project Manager
- Submit PCOs for review and approval
- Download updated drawings from GC programs
- Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits
- Prepare special reports as requested by PM
- Respond promptly to daily emails
- Use construction software as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associates degree or 2+ years administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong task prioritization and timely completion skills
- Maintains confidentiality, open to new ideas, and adaptable
- Clear and persuasive oral communication; skilled in presentations and meetings
- Accurate written communication with good editing and data interpretation
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control
- Adaptable to changing environments and competing demands
- Reliable, punctual, follows instructions, and seeks feedback
- Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus
Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, data, and lighting contracting preferred
- Knowledge of construction software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
