About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Work with the operations team to define scope, develop budgets, and schedule projects
  • Design and/or supervise detailed engineering for new construction and expansion projects
  • Complete designs and provide value engineering
  • Develop construction specifications, bid packages, budget cost estimates, construction schedules, and permitting to ensure project completion on time and within budget
  • Develop, establish, and maintain engineering budgets
  • Coordinate and account for any changes in scope of work
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project
  • Travel as required
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned

Requirements

  • Experience working on fast-track projects
  • Demonstrated experience and/or skills working on multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred

Qualifications

4-year ABET-accredited Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline required.
