About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work with the operations team to define scope, develop budgets, and schedule projects
- Design and/or supervise detailed engineering for new construction and expansion projects
- Complete designs and provide value engineering
- Develop construction specifications, bid packages, budget cost estimates, construction schedules, and permitting to ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Develop, establish, and maintain engineering budgets
- Coordinate and account for any changes in scope of work
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project
- Travel as required
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned
Requirements
- Experience working on fast-track projects
- Demonstrated experience and/or skills working on multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
Qualifications
4-year ABET-accredited Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline required.
