Project Engineer (Construction)

About the role

SWAN Properties Ltd., a sister concern of SWAN Foam++, is seeking a qualified professional to manage construction projects and supervise all on-site civil construction activities in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

• Managing construction projects
• Physical supervision of construction work
• Responsible for execution of all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout
• Ensure wastage control during work and stocked materials at site
• Ensuring work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works
• Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date
• Ensure safety and security at site
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7 years
• Skills: site supervision, construction supervision, subcontractor supervision, construction management, construction site management, building maintenance
