Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
- Review and process submittals and change orders.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
- Organize and conduct onsite meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Document meeting notes and ensure all relevant information is communicated to all project stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with commercial construction standards and regulations.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the Construction industry.
- Proficient knowledge of submittals, process submittals, change orders, and material coordination.
- Strong experience in conducting onsite meetings and documenting meeting notes.
- Extensive experience in commercial construction projects.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- A valid professional engineer's license would be a plus.
Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 per year
