Responsibilities
- Oversight of the full lifecycle of engineering changes, including submission, review, approval, and implementation.
- Collaboration with Engineering, Program Management, Launch Team, Human Resources, Quality teams, as well as other plants and suppliers if needed, to assess impact on production and inventory.
- Updating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation for all revisions.
- Tracking and managing inventory.
- Monitoring the status of engineering changes, reporting on progress, and identifying bottlenecks to improve workflow.
- Supporting all customer program meetings as required.
- Coordination regarding product changes to ensure timely adoption of new revisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain, specifically within change management.
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), including Product Data Management (PDM).
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience with technical understanding of product design and engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes.
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience with MS Word, Excel, and Project at an intermediate level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a high level of organization and the ability to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
