Responsibilities

  • Transmit project-related documents to customers per contract requirements.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to facilitate effective communication to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Oversee the entire project document lifecycle from creation, review, and approval to revision and archival.
  • Create and maintain project documents and documentation plans, including numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieving both electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant customer requirements, regulatory standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
  • Check for accuracy, review and update technical documents, and implement document control systems.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records, create templates for future use, and efficiently retrieve files as requested by team members and customers.
  • Create purchase requisitions for miscellaneous project materials not sourced by the Manufacturing groups as assigned by the Project Managers.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.), or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from a four-year college or university is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of product document control experience is required.
  • Experience controlling technical project documents in a project management environment is preferred.

Schedule

Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.

Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA
