You’ll work hands‑on with document management systems, digital repositories, and project stakeholders to ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project document control procedures for incoming and outgoing records.
  • Process customer drawings and test reports using DMS, SharePoint, email, and other platforms.
  • Compose, organize, and distribute instruction manuals.
  • Verify customer contact details and document formatting accuracy.
  • Manage electronic filing systems to ensure high-quality storage and retrieval.
  • Review documents for compliance with company and client standards.
  • Track nomenclature, maintain version control, and generate status reports.
  • Support audits, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma/equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred; 3 years of experience with additional training or coursework in records management is a plus.
  • Experience with document handling or administrative support is helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with digital platforms such as SharePoint, document management systems, or similar tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to learn quality system requirements and follow established procedures.

Qualifications
