Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of complex, large scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• You will have oversight of roughly 1,200 Electricians.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee the project budgeting process, including cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Cookordinate and manage onsite activities, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive team environment, providing guidance, support, and leadership to your team members.
• Maintain constant communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Continually assess project performance, implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving project schedules in mission critical environments.
• Proven experience with mission critical, hyperscale, EV, or relatable projects from an electrical perspective.
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent strategic planning and risk management skills.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in the use of project management software.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
