About the Role
Keystone Engineering is seeking a Project Director to join the Port Arthur team. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Corpus Christi, TX, with occasional site visits required.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain existing business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolve complaints and track processes to align with client desires, focusing on improving the customer experience.
- Act as the client’s representative within the firm to ensure their demands are met.
- Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior to identify changing needs.
- Assist with multi-discipline engineering and design activities.
- Provide project control documentation, including project design, estimation, material/equipment procurement, field assessments of existing infrastructure, contracting requirements, scheduling, construction requirements, project closure, and status reporting.
- Manage project budgets.
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 15+ years of experience.
- Strong relationship development and critical analytic skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution-focused with keen attention to detail.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
