About the Role

Keystone Engineering is seeking a Project Director to join the Port Arthur team. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Corpus Christi, TX, with occasional site visits required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain existing business and acquire new customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill all customer requests.
• Resolve complaints and track processes to align with client desires, focusing on improving the customer experience.
• Act as the client’s representative within the firm to ensure their demands are met.
• Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior to identify changing needs.
• Assist with multi-discipline engineering and design activities.
• Provide project control documentation, including project design, estimation, material/equipment procurement, field assessments of existing infrastructure, contracting requirements, scheduling, construction requirements, project closure, and status reporting.
• Manage project budgets.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Strong relationship development and critical analytic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and solution-focused with keen attention to detail.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
