Occupational Experience & Education Requirements
- B.S. Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management
- Advanced degree or training highly regarded
- Professional designation (e.g. P.Eng) and/or PMP certification
- Advanced project management training is highly desirable
- Minimum of 20 progressive years of experience in major mining or heavy industrial projects, including significant leadership roles over large capital projects
Knowledge, Skills, Attributes
- Advanced knowledge of studies and delivery to start-up of underground mine development, mineral processing plants, and mining infrastructure
- Provides direction to project leadership and is accountable for supporting the development and delivering the approved project execution strategy, driving project safety and quality, and managing and controlling project baselines, major changes, expenditures, and overall project performance outcomes

Working Conditions
- 75% hybrid office environment / 25% field
- The successful candidate will be required to travel as-required to Coeur’s Chicago corporate office, various third-party service provider locations, and fly-in fly-out to the Silvertip project site during the course of the project
