We are looking for a NY-based Program Director to lead the delivery, operations, and financial management of a large-scale, fast-moving client account. This is a massive account structured across multiple pods, and this person will sit across the entire program — overseeing the pods and senior-level program management while remaining close enough to the work to understand what is happening day to day. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the weeds and operating at a high strategic level. This is an exceptionally high-volume environment with lightning-fast social work and constant production, so we are looking for a true systems thinker who knows how to create structure, efficiency
