Description

Lead the full project development lifecycle, from early-stage relationship building through project kickoff
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner
Collaborate with internal teams including preconstruction, design, and operations to shape project approach and execution
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market presence
Oversee conceptual planning, feasibility analysis, and early-stage budgeting
Support deal structuring and contract negotiations
Contribute to overall regional growth strategy and pipeline development

Profile

Proven experience in Project Development, Preconstruction, or senior client-facing roles within commercial construction
Demonstrated success in originating and developing projects, not just executing them
Strong network and market presence in Houston or the Texas region
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar preferred
