Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project pursuit deliverables, including hourly rate build ups, general conditions cost build ups, long lead equipment tracking, and skilled labor curves
  • Coordinate with Preconstruction teams to ensure estimates and other deliverables are on track for submission
  • Track and evaluate upcoming public and private electrical construction opportunities
  • Support the review and scoring of new project opportunities
  • Affiliate with General Contractor and Owner prequalification efforts alongside Risk Management team
  • Assist with pre-bid meetings, site walks, scope alignment meetings, and proposal presentations
  • Sustain accurate project pipeline, opportunity, and client information
  • Monitor construction market trends and new opportunities
  • Build relationships with General Contractors, developers, owners, and industry partners

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in construction, project development, preconstruction, estimating, or business development

Qualifications

  • You understand construction bidding and project development processes
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • You have experience in electrical, mechanical, or specialty contracting
  • You have experience with BuildingConnected or similar construction bidding platforms
