Responsibilities
- Manage project information using Smartsheets and Comsense software.
- Communicate with customers to gather project details, schedules, and documents.
- Review contract documents, plans, specifications, and codes.
- Detail opening information, review costs, scope gaps, and offer solutions.
- Prepare shop drawings, schedules, and submittals from manufacturer catalogs.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to meet project needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience reading plans and specifications.
- Proficiency with industry software (Comsense, Pro-tech).
- Knowledge of commercial construction industry.
- Excellent communication, computer, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
