Project Designer / Project Architect / Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards and client expectations. Manage project teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and construction phases of projects
• Manage project teams and coordinate with clients and consultants
• Ensure compliance with design standards and client expectations
• Prepare and present project proposals and budgets to clients
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Prepare and submit project documentation and reports to clients and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed
