Project Designer- Landscape/Urbanism

About the role

The ideal candidate will join a fast-paced design studio working at all scales from gardens to masterplans. The studio values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and visualize projects using software such as Autocad, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Create construction documents and specifications.
• Manage project documentation and coordinate with various consultants.
• Contribute to the development of design solutions and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Urban Design.
• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in a landscape architecture, urban design, or architecture office.
• Exceptionally strong design and visualization skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a collaborative studio environment.
• Knowledge of planting design, materials, and technical aspects of landscape architecture and design.
• Construction documents and specification experience.
• Construction administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Autocad, Rhino, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hand-drawing and modeling skills.
• Revit experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state of California.
• Located in the Los Angeles Metro area.

Skills

• Proficiency in landscape architecture and urban design software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
