About the role
We are seeking an architectural designer to assist and develop appropriate design solutions on multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop design solutions for various projects
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve project goals
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Create construction documents and specifications
- Administer contracts and manage project timelines
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-8+ years of professional experience
- A Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Autocad, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and REVIT
- Experience in hospitality is preferred
