• SketchUp: Advanced proficiency - Create complex and highly detailed models with advanced features and optimize models for rendering.
• Revit: Advanced proficiency - Master complex modeling, BIM workflows, and utilize Revit for detailed architectural and engineering projects, solving complex problems and streamlining processes.
• Detailing: Strong attention to detail - Highly skilled in detailing, able to tackle complex and nuanced aspects of projects, and mentor others.
• Space Planning: Expert skills - Expert in space planning, able to manage highly complex and challenging projects, bringing innovation and strategic thinking to space utilization.
• Creativity: Creative and strategic thinking - Exceptionally creative, capable of generating novel and effective ideas or solutions, leading design innovation, and inspiring others.
• Project Management: Strong - Experienced in managing complex projects, handling scheduling, budgets, team dynamics, and client relationships effectively.
