About the Role
Lead projects from initial design concept through full production of custom automated machinery for in-house manufacturing operations. Design and develop mechanical components for custom automated machines utilizing SolidWorks. Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and quality teams to drive process optimization and tooling improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to production processes and machine design.
Requirements
- BSME or MET degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machinery design
- Demonstrated strong and stable work history
- Proven project management experience, managing scope from concept through production
