About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Oversee project planning, design, and construction phases
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare and present project reports to clients and management
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
