Project Cost Manager

About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Oversee project planning, design, and construction phases
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and management
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
