Project Coordinator (Wire & Cable)

Responsibilities

• Support projects team by coordinating, participating, and managing project management documentation.
• Maintain action item tracking to ensure reply and action.
• Aid in the development, planning, and execution of meeting agendas and distribute materials.
• Monitor project execution aspects to ensure timely contributions by team members.
• Avoid potential bottlenecks in processes and collaborate with management team members to resolve issues.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Liaise with personnel and managers when performing project activities.
• Perform incidental project management including planning, research, analysis, and implementation of deliverables and action items.
• Act as a team lead on small projects.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree required; Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
• 1 year required, 2 years preferred of direct work in project management capacity.
• Interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze workflow/processes.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Pay

• $23.10 - $28.88 Per Hour

Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys managing details, coordinating multiple priorities, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish? We're growing our Phoenix-based team and looking for a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of customer projects within a fast-paced electrical distribution environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. You will provide administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation. You will work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
