Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for a large enterprise technology deployment initiative.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document discussion points, and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain project artifacts including schedules, status updates, risk and issue logs, meeting records, and related documentation.
- Monitor project milestones and coordinate with team members to ensure deliverables are completed according to established timelines.
- Support activities associated with multiple implementation stages, including:
- Business validation and testing activities
- End-user readiness initiatives
- Training coordination
- Prediction deployment planning
- Stabilization and post-launch support
- Assist with communication efforts between business stakeholders, technical resources, and external partners.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Collaborate across functional teams to support successful execution of implementation objectives.
- Ensure project documentation remains accurate, current, and readily accessible.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar project support capacity.
- Experience supporting technology implementation, software deployment, or business systems initiatives.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining project records, and preparing project status materials.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business-focused teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience utilizing project tracking or project management tools is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise application initiatives involving ERP, CRM, SAP, or similar business platforms.
- Background working within highly regulated or process-driven industries.
- Familiarity with implementation lifecycle activities including testing, user readiness, deployment, training, and post-production support.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programs is preferred.
