About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our busy Subtitling department in El Segundo, CA. The Subtitling team works with major high-end clients including Disney, Netflix, and HBO on numerous ongoing projects within agreed time frames and funding parameters.

The Project Coordinator supports the execution of localization projects by reviewing project requirements, setting up orders, preparing project assets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Enter project orders into internal systems, ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.
  • Upload, organize, and validate project assets to ensure they are available for production.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments to support project workflows and resolve issues.
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks to ensure projects remain on track.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 2+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Organized and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Previous experience within subtitling, localization, or media production is ideal.

Pay

$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Location: El Segundo, CA / Hybrid Remote Working
