Project Coordinator (Scheduler), Req# 1354
About the role
As a Project Coordinator (Scheduler), you will serve as the internal lead for small internal and external professional services engagements. In this key role, you will manage communications and expectations with the customer and help set, manage and achieve budget goals for all projects you lead.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Service Delivery team and ePlus contacts to schedule technician dispatches for equipment installations and activations
- Send out the daily schedule
- Send a weekly schedule by COB on Thursdays detailing all tech dispatch items on the calendar for the following week
- Run small professional services projects from initial Statement of Work (SOW) to completion
- Work with Service Directors to define resource requirements and schedule logistics for project implementation
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
- Coordinate project engineering team resources
- Efficiently identify and solve project issues
- Keep management informed of any issues related to projects
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of each project and scope
- Review deliverables prepared by team prior to passing them to the client
- Effectively apply ePlus methodology and enforce project standards
- Minimize exposure and risk on each project
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
- Manage project budget
- Assure legal documents are completed and signed, per project scope and requirements
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in an operations and/or project management role in an IT environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Professional, business demeanor
- Knowledge of ePlus methodology
- Desire to achieve PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

Pay
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $19.23 and $28.84 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
