The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans and documentation, tracking project timelines and progress, and providing administrative support to project teams and client engagements. The role facilitates communication across project stakeholders, supports project reporting and meetings, and helps identify and escalate potential project delays or risks. Mandatory Skills Project Coordination, Project Planning, Project Tracking, Status Reporting, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Documentation, Stakeholder Communication, Meeting Coordination, Time Management, Organization, Written & Verbal Communication Role Prepare and maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and status reports.Track project progress and prepare periodic reports for client executives and project stakeholders.Coordinate communication between project teams, departments, and external vendors.Schedule cross-functional meetings and support collaboration across project teams.Maintain project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and payment records.Monitor project activities and identify potential delays or risks and escalate them to IT Management.Support project teams with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.Assist in coordinating project activities and communicating technical requirements and solution options as needed. Location Las Vegas, Nevada, United States (USA) Education Qualification College degree in a related field from an accredited college or university. In lieu of an undergraduate degree, one year of college may be substituted by one year of relevant work experience. Strong familiarity with IT terminology, software deployment, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills required.
