Project Coordinator – Manufacturing Operations

About the role
UST is searching for a Project Coordinator who will effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project or program. This role involves ensuring all phases of project, program, and process development are documented, and relevant information is reported, disseminated, or transferred as appropriate. You will lead regular program reviews, readiness assessments, and risk management discussions while communicating program status, risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Drive BOM uploads, CP requests, and manage the launch schedule for CRFs (Change Request Forms), updating PUSH/DROP as applicable.
- Manage and track system ship dates, updating the system push-out tracker accordingly.
- Close CRFs when acting as the last approver for project managers.
- Issue delivery notes for completed projects.
- Refresh paperwork for systems sitting in FGI that are approaching their ship date.
- Establish and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Quality, Product Engineering, Operations, and Program Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-4 years of experience.

- Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay
Compensation range for this role in Austin, Texas: $72,000–$108,000.
