POSITION SUMMARY

Cooking projects into doable actions and setting timeframes.Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management.Helping prepare budgets.Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.Oversight of project procurement management.Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.Using tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance inspections.Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.Providing administrative support as needed.Undertaking project tasks as required.Developing project strategies.Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.Must be a US CitizenQUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
