Position Summary

The Project Coordinator keeps projects organized, manages details, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. This role guides installation projects from start to finish, handling scheduling, pre‑install preparations, paperwork, and clear communication between customers, production crews, and production management. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, consistency, and effective communication while embracing occasional challenges that keep the workday interesting. Proactive tracking, issue resolution, and supporting production teams are essential to maintaining productivity and well‑organized workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule installation projects and coordinate timelines.
• Manage pre‑install preparations and related paperwork.
• Maintain clear communication among customers, production crews, and management.
• Proactively track project progress and address issues as they arise.
• Support production teams to stay fully engaged and productive.
• Ensure attention to detail and a commitment to quality throughout each project.

Requirements

• Knowledge of project management and/or customer service principles and practices.
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize data, technical information, project details, and maintain a customer database.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in project management and/or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record.
• Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (or negligible force frequently) while maintaining a stationary position most of the time.
