Responsibilities

  • Aid in the development and upkeep of project quotes, aligning with project goals and deadlines - oversee workload and achieve project KPIs
  • Recognize scope issues and interact with external and internal teams/installers/vendors/customers for resolution
  • Spot opportunities for process enhancement and relay through appropriate channels
  • Preserve precise project documentation for Project Manager communications to customers
  • Typically prepare and place orders for brand conversion projects
  • Keep abreast of customer/brand products and offerings to address queries
  • Collaborate with the team and supervisors to resolve intricate issues
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and best practices as provided by the team, brand, and supervisors
  • Utilize internal systems/reporting for most project initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive company and team culture
  • Manage Customer Support Team in boxes including phone and email requests
  • And other duties as directed

Communication

  • Read and analyze survey information and site documents for accurate scope and quotes
  • Deliver clear and concise written communications
  • Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening, comprehending needs, and executing solutions
  • Respond promptly to emails and calls
  • Effectively handle sensitive inquiries
  • Vocally communicate effectively with clients/customers
  • Escalate appropriately when there are questions or escalated issues

Critical Thinking

  • Capacity and willingness to confront challenges and solve problems while maintaining effective customer relationships by meeting or surpassing their requirements and expectations
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Strong organizational skills

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years working in a business environment
  • General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to manage a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
  • Experience in customer service, construction, or branding is a plus
