Job Summary
Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and dispatching crews to residential and commercial property losses. This position supports various management levels with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers for project schedules and general inquiries.
- Assist with Vendor Setup and document verification.
- Generate Work Orders and Change Orders, coordinate crew dispatches.
- Maintain daily schedules and update invoice tracking.
- Prepare daily management reports, document industry-specific programs.
- Organize and participate in meetings, distribute mail, monitor visitor access.
- Support Payroll and Human Resources with administrative tasks.
- Manage petty cash, track office supplies, and provide administrative support.
Experience/Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience in restoration or construction industry preferred.
- Good judgment and discretion with confidential data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Multi-tasker with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good grasp of English, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to follow directions, utilize resources, and maintain high attention to detail.
Safety Requirements
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
- Required PPE includes gloves, masks, goggles, hard hats, and safety footwear.
- Ergonomic practices to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.
- Follow established office safety protocols.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents, or injuries.
- Familiarize with emergency procedures relevant to job site.
Regulatory Requirements
- Complete mandatory safety training sessions.

Physical Requirements
- Lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

- Sitting and standing for prolonged periods, alternating between sitting and standing.
- Continuous repetitive motion and tasks involving hands, wrists, and arms.
- Machinery operation as required.
- Clear vision for computer use and eye coordination.
Working Conditions
