About the role
This hybrid position works 3 days on-site at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH and 2 days remote. On-site days are flexible. The ideal candidate has healthcare Project Management or Coordinator experience in the Patient Safety/Risk environment. This role offers advancement opportunities within the department.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and monitors multiple project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings.
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensures project deadlines are met.
- Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Assesses project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable.
- Creates a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective.
- Conducts research, maintains data in systems, and provides reports to support projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate's Degree in a related field of study (preferred).
- 3-5 years of project support or administrative experience.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic financial and accounting skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic business administrative principles and project management best practices.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of file management and administrative procedures.

Schedule
